Though no doubt there are plenty of in-depth articles on anything to do with property, there is little that actually prepares that FIRST TIME sellers of HDB flats and condos alike from a non-agent perspective​. This neutral view is extremely important, we feel, as the selling and buying of property is a very big deal indeed.
